Fitness Programs are weekly one-hour exercises classes on your worksite. Working Well has over 25 class options for you to choose. Classes do not require dedicated space or equipment. They can be held in a boardroom, lunchroom or parking lot. Classes can be scheduled before work, after work or on lunch breaks.

Everyone knows that regular physical activity is necessary for optimal health but with family demands once they get home, most employees aren’t making time for regular exercise. Providing regular physical fitness is an incredibly affordable way to invest in your employees, and show them you care.
