The stair climb challenge has been a physically and mentally rewarding experience for me! Every day, I armed myself with bottled water, a face cloth, a pen, and of course, determination. My outlook on fitness has now changed significantly; exercise is no longer an optional activity but a lifestyle necessity. My participation in the challenge has restored my belief that anything is possible — one step at a time.

Workplace Wellness is defined as: an organized employer-sponsored program that is designed t support employees (and sometimes, their families) as they adopt and sustain behaviours that reduce health risks, improve quality of life, enhance personal effectiveness, and benefit the organization’s bottom line.
